TO ALL WATER AND SEWER UTILITY CUSTOMERS: A RATE REDUCTION

Effective December 1, 2010, your quarterly Water and Sewer Bill will be reduced to $253.00 from $310.00 per billing unit. Your February 2011 water-sewer bill will reflect this rate reduction.
