Non-profit organizations looking to hold games of bingo must register with the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission (LGCCC) and present a valid registration to the Municipal Clerk.
Bingo License Applications shall be filed in quadruplicate with original, notarized signatures in the Office of the Municipal Clerk. Applications must be received 7 days prior to the Council Meeting.
Payable to LGCCC: $20 for each occasion on which any game or games of bingo are to be conducted under the license.
By statute, the Municipal Clerk must submit the application to LGCCC within 3 days of Council approval and wait 14 days from date of mailing before issuing a license. Please plan accordingly.

Persons, firms, or corporations operating games of skill or chance as defined by the Amusement Games Licensing Law (Chapter 109, P.L. 1959) in the area east of Ocean Avenue between the center lines of Porter Ave and Stockton Ave, must first obtain an Amusement Game License.
2 copies of the Amusement Game Application must be completed, notarized, and filed in the Office of the Municipal Clerk, along with the requisite application fees. Background checks are required for all applicants.
Applications must be approved by resolution of the Borough Council. The Municipal Clerk has 3 days to submit a certified copy of the resolution and application to LGCCC.
