The Environmental Advisory Committee will be hosting a Butterfly Release event on Saturday, July 27th (11:00 am) at the Butterflies by the Bay garden on 14th & South Bayview Avenues. The Seaside Park PTO, along with Ocean County 4-H, assisted the Committee with the recruitment of students and their families who have volunteered to raise Painted Lady butterflies during the month of July.
We are aware that the water bills that were sent out recently arrived in an envelope with a Seaside Heights return address. Water bills are mailed out through a third-party and we are working with the vendor to find out why this happened so we can prevent it in the future. Rest assured, the bills themselves are correct as is the remittance information on the bill. We regret that this happened and we apologize for any inconvenience

2024 Garbage & Recycling Guide
ATTENTION: Garbage will be picked up BOTH OCEANSIDE & BAYSIDE ON MONDAYS ONLY during the winter collection schedule starting January 2024 to April 8th, 2024!! For winter holidays that fall on a Monday (Jan 1, Jan 15, Feb 12, & Feb 19) garbage will be picked up townwide on Tuesday. Please spread the word and tell your neighbors.
Printed collection schedules will be mailed out and will also be available at the Borough Hall (1701 North Ocean Ave), Construction Department (313 SW Central Ave – please use 4th Ave side door), Police Station foyer (6th & Central Aves.) and Recycling Yard (14th & Barnegat Aves – in the shed brochure holder). Public Safety Officials Encourage Residents to Sign Up For Local Emergency Notifications To Be Better Prepared for an Emergency
Borough of Seaside Park, NJ, September 18, 2023 – Public safety officials in Seaside Park
today announced that the Rave Emergency Alert System is now available to all residents,
replacing the previous Swiftreach Reverse 911 system. Rave Emergency Alert System is a free
service that allows individuals to receive notifications sent from state and local authorities to stay
informed on potentially hazardous situations involving weather, traffic, and other emergencies.
