Addendum - Annexation Impact Study

As a result of the discussions at the Information Session on March 5, 2026, Government Strategy Group provided an addendum to the Annexation Impact Study to present the property tax modeling and illustrate how municipal property tax rates are calculated and how those calculations were applied in evaluating potential tax impacts associated with annexation.
