Hydrant Flushing - June 1st through June 5th

The Water Department will be conducting the semi-annual flushing of its water distribution system on Monday, June 1^st  through Friday, June 5^th . Residents may notice a temporary discoloration of their water or a slight decrease in water pressure as a result of opening the hydrants.  Flushing the system twice per year improves the quality of the water and tests the fire hydrants for proper operation.
