NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Seaside Park, will hold a Special Meeting at 3:00 pm, Tuesday, May 21, 2024, in the second floor Borough Council Meeting Chambers located at Sixth and Central Avenues, Seaside Park, New Jersey as follows:

The agenda of the meeting shall consist of the following:

– Executive (Closed) Session:

-Litigation
-Property Matters
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the meeting shall be open to the public or that a portion of the meeting shall be closed to the public, under the applicable exceptions to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act.
