NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Seaside Park, will hold a Special Meeting at 5:00 pm, Tuesday, February 6, 2024, in the second floor Borough Council Meeting Chambers located at Sixth and Central Avenues, Seaside Park, New Jersey as follows:
Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at 5:00 pm
The agenda of the meeting shall consist of the following:

– Executive (Closed) Session:
– Personnel
– Litigation-Desert Palm
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the meeting shall be open to the public or that a portion of the meeting shall be closed to the public, under the applicable exceptions to the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act,
NO FORMAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
